Grading the Cubs' offseason

Later, Crawly and Dustin discuss the latest MLB news, including commissioner Rob Manfred’s comments at Cactus League media day, ESPN writer Buster Olney taking a swipe at Cubs chairman Tom Ricketts and a trio of players around the league being unhappy with their current situations.
