Flula is more than a wee bit excited to celebrate “April Flula’s Day” with his twin cousin, Fluka. Meanwhile, Cameron and Lance suffer an indignation at the school bake sale and must call in Kelly to bail them out, and the town holds its annual star-studded Spring parade.
