The past nine months have been no joke. COVID-19 has caused global trauma, prolonged stress, and new ways of life. While the internet may be flooded with "Quarantine-15" jokes, we know that deep down body changes can make us feel a variety of emotions, least of all humor. If you're struggling with your own body changing, we're here to tell you that you are not alone.

In this episode, Claire explores the root cause of why so many of us are experiencing body changes during the pandemic. She challenges us to question how our response to these changes affects our well-being and helps us find ways to show ourselves kindness no matter the changes our bodies experience.
