Speaker 1

Flex and Frooms flex and fromes. This is the Flex and Frooms catch up podcast.

Speaker 2

Flexing Frooms on Kita. We have a moral dilemma, as you all know, for me included, Brookie included, and you listening. I have a big, vast brain, and that brain can make many thoughts.

Speaker 1

Of those thoughts.

Speaker 2

I was thinking the other day, would you rather relive your worst heartbreak like the one that really tore you up? I'm talking from start to finish that heartbreak right, or erase that person from your memory effective immediately.

Speaker 3

I would take the memory, you would erase them.

Speaker 1

I would relive it. Yeah, okay?

Speaker 2

What is love?

Speaker 1

What is? Don't even started? Would rather have loved and lost than not loved at all?

Speaker 2

Speak on it.

Speaker 4

It's just nice to feel emotions so deeply, you know, Like it is nice sometimes to feel like it's the end of the world and you'll never find someone better and you're stuck on someone.

Speaker 1

Yes, I haven't felt that.

Speaker 2

It's the prices in us though?

Speaker 5

Is that?

Speaker 2

Like, it's just nice to feel the depth and breathe emotion. I like to feel things where the people who listen to sad music to feel Okay, So.

Speaker 4

I want to make a distinction. I like to feel things and be vulnerable when I haven't made a mistake. It's very hard to be vulnerable about mistakes. Like it's very hard to like if you hurt someone and then you I think there's.

Speaker 2

A time and place and I think when the window passes. It's hard to apologize when you know you've made a mistake, you know what I mean. It's like when it's not fresh, you're like, what it's done now? Like I cooked it?

Speaker 4

What about you, Brookie, I'd rather not have done it at all, Like eraised the memory?

Speaker 5

Yeah totally, whoa yeah, because going from being in a relationship to going to being single, Like, I enjoy it, but I'd rather not feel the lonely side of it, do you know what I mean? So it's like I'd rather not know what that felt like before.

Speaker 1

That's crazy, that is, I can't.

Speaker 2

I just feel like so much of heartbreak is contingent on the person you become. One of the things I learned about heartbreak is just hurt generally. How like you can be the one who is like the conductor of your own hurt and not know what to do with that information. So many, so much of the way you hurt other people can be so like accidental, and you can cause so much damage. And I just didn't conceptualize that when I was in my own little world being like I want to do the things I want to do.

I was just like breaking people's hearts left right and center, or just being really flippant with people and not realizing that, like they're fragile, shallow people. I don't know if I'd be able to figure out shallow people. Uh, fragile, not shallow. What's the word I'm looking for.

Speaker 1

Fragile?

Speaker 2

No, easily breakable?

Speaker 1

Oh, fragile. Yeah, what's the other word. I'm looking for? Gentle?

Speaker 2

Gentle gentle people, you know. And I don't think I would have developed that kind of empathy without having done damage.

Speaker 1

Really, have you ever been damaged? Though? Yeah? Wrecked? Yeah? I think we had the same guy broke our heart.

Speaker 4

Did we?

Speaker 1

Yeah?

Speaker 3

Oh no, that was just a root babe, Oh my god, dreams at the same time. Nuh not same year broken heart though, No, I'm kidding, but he kind of did string me along a bit.

Speaker 1

That's vibe it is, isn't it. Yeah? We we we're blood sisters. Is that what it's called?

Speaker 4

Nah, what is it called sausage? It's pretty cool though, that we are. It's hot, it is.

Speaker 2

I would love more Overlapp to be honest, but not in any way that matters. I'm gonna need a list, some flippant ones, some rogue ones.
