In today's episode, Rebecca and I discuss asymmetry and how we should try not to get too caught up in how different our bodies may function while training.  Do you need to turn out more? Less? Does your right leg need to be a little bit behind the right when you squat? Asymmetry is a part of training. Corrective exercises may not be the key. Working with your body and not against it may actually work better.
