Episode description

This episode is some loving, right to the point talk about how the things we think about and talk about most can be debilitating to our progress or happiness.

We tend to tell stories (tales of woe) over and over or claim, “I am so busy!” and then hope focusing on that makes it somehow magically go away.

We have a choice to consider a new narrative in our heads.

I share how tapping into the heart and it’s elevated emotions can get us out of the cloudy head talk and into feeling good RIGHT NOW.

How can this be freeing?? Is a question I suggest asking yourself often, along with breathing into the many present moments in your day and becoming a new personality to change your personal reality.

I talk about Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Laura, Gretchen Rubin in this episode and offer a unique perspective from each of them to bolster my points.

Are you creating a self-prison and not realizing it?

Are you stuck in a victim mentality or scarcity and feeling “not good enough”?

The path this leads you down isn’t the one you want, so start to create awareness around these “prisoner” thoughts and habits and tune in to get all the details to set yourself free!
