When we say scales we mean balance scales, not your weight. Just because you eat a cookie doesn't mean you're unhealthy. There is a scale to everything, on one side of the scale could be going for a run. Maybe the middle is going for a walk. On the other end is sitting at home watching TV. Everyone has a different scale and today we're going to talk about how to move the scale toward the healthier side and find balance.
