Russia targeting Ukrainian border towns

Russia continues artillery attacks across northeast Ukraine, targeting border villages. Why Putin's invaders chose this strategy isn't clear. Meanwhile, Ukraine says its combat mission in Mariupol is over, with commanders at the massive Azovstal plant ordered to save the lives of their personnel. More than 260 people left the plant Monday, but some Ukrainian forces remain there, and efforts are underway to get them out. CNN correspondent Melissa Bell begins today's coverage in Lviv.
