Premier Russian warship out of action

The flagship of the Russian Black Sea fleet was damaged and its crew evacuated. Russian state media say a fire broke out, but the Ukrainians are taking credit, saying it was targeted by anti-ship missiles. Meanwhile, 800 kilometers north in the Kharkiv region, images released by the Ukrainian government reportedly show a bridge that was blown up as Russian military vehicles were crossing.
