Pivoting - Creating Space Not Solutions

Welcome back to Fireside. Today is another episode about pivoting, and this time we’re covering the messy middle of a pivot. In this episode, I’ll be using experience gained from my own pivots, as well as insights from coaching I’ve received, to advocate for pivoting from a place of security, safety, and abundance, not from a place of panic and desperation. Pivoting can be fun - I promise!
