From Survival to Space - Appreciating What It's For with Sasha

Today I’m back with Sasha for our first update of 2022. Since we last spoke, Sasha has changed jobs, and also had some realisations about how her ability to turn her hand to anything was a way to keep herself small and in survival. We also talk about not overcommitting ourselves, self definition and job titles limiting the scope of our work, as well as new year feelings, bringing the lessons with us, and words of the year.
