I’m very excited to share today’s pod with you.
As many of you know, about a month ago I went on an incredible journey to Costa Rica, where I had my first ever plant medicine Ayahuasca experience. Back in April, Jack Canfield invited me—and I had all the intention of going to Costa Rica on a trip with him and his friends, but I was honestly just too scared to do Ayahuasca.
After a series of events, I decided that I would do it—and let me tell you, it changed my world.
I’m excited to sit down and share with you my journey. Thankfully, I wrote down a lot of notes in my journal throughout this entire process so that I could share it and include as much vivid detail as possible.
