In today's dose #160, I share my recent experience during a plant medicine ceremony where I was nestled in the Californian mountains. As you may already know, I had my first life-changing experience with Ayahuasca in Costa Rica in 2019, and last weekend, I was finally able to sit again. After eight months of being steep in a radical deconstruction of who I BE, this ceremony was a holy aligned and magical experience that provided profound insights to help me live deeper in my heart to navigate this radical time on earth, and I believe will help you, too.

In our daily lives, we are often caught in the relentless looping cycle of performing, proving, and planning that we forget to live in the present moment and enjoy every little nuance mother earth has to offer us. You can’t foresee what will happen tomorrow, but you have everything within you to face anything when your heart is open and you're willing to be in this now moment of the Divine realm always awaiting you. This is how we change the world, family... one conscious vibration of light as a contribution to the collective at a time. Be free and sovereign.
