Having a people strategy that accounts for every person is crucial- and underpinning this is respect; creating an environment where a balance between ownership and accountability is practiced, and giving space for people to grow is central to that.

And practicing respect is David's call to action for the entire industry. Learning and respecting boundaries, being mindful of diversity of backgrounds, and recognising how to implement psychological safety is how we can translate our call for respect into tangible business practice.
