Reconnection

I just released a memoir that covers parts of the last ten years of my life or so, and it is called Reconnection.  It's about digging out from a hole of despair and rebuilding a beautiful life with love and meaning.  It's not about the particulars of my struggles and successes, but that we all have struggles and successes.  This shameless self promotion has a purpose, as so far the feedback has been uplifting in that many people have found it applicable to their lives and how they can continue making progress and be happier as a result.  For more information visit http://lucascatton.com.
