Macall is a researcher, author, sleep coach, and mom of two. She has a B.S. in Human Biology from Stanford and a master’s in Applied Psychology from Antioch University Seattle. She has conducted research on sleep, temperament, and parenting advice, and has worked with thousands of parents of alert, intense, sensitive non-sleepers.
