In today’s episode I will be comparing what its like to give birth with an epidural vs. without any pain medication. My goal is to give you insight into what you can expect in both scenarios.
Takeaway:
Both births were great, epidurals are great, birthing naturally is great, there are pros and cons with both. I have my own personal reasons why I chose to try giving birth without pain medication with my daughter and I have reasons why I chose to give birth without pain medication with my son. What you choose to do will be personal for you and no one should make you feel guilty for the choices that you make. You should feel empowered during your birth!
