Alex Mazzurco is a fitness coach and business coach who has flipped the script on what it means to eat a “healthy diet.” Because we’re all different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to being healthy!

 

When Alex started fitness competitions, she was approaching health with a scarcity and restriction mindset – but after a long journey, she’s learned to do this work in a healthy way by focusing on nourishing her body with what it needs.
