In this podcast episode l do a mini session for you on a topic we all are experiencing.
Gas Prices!
I did this for some of my California clients, and realized we all could benefit.
I usually start a session gathering information on what your thoughts and feelings are.
This is just a bit of different feedback I have been given.
- I see a gas price sign and feel really worried, how are we going to be able to afford to live here?
- When will it be too high that we can’t afford to drive to work?
- I feel guilty I am upset about this when people in the Ukraine are suffering, but it is hard!
After I gather your thoughts, then we clear the emotion around them.
It is of course great to find new thoughts, but when there is so much emotion around situations, it is hard to just shift to a new thought.
