Y'all I am so glad you're here with me on today’s episode.  I will share, this one may be more for the ladies but all are welcome to tune in! Just don’t say I didn't warn you! On today’s episode I’ll be sharing the story of how I discovered that I had Stage 2 endometriosis, the journey through changing my diet, trying and failing to get pregnant, and the steps we took to further the internal healing.
