So I figured it's time for a new
e-book. I know that a lot of you have been along my journey with me. And have done our last a book which was a seven-day reset and it was all about the idea of New Year. Same me that you don't need to be a new you every year, and this is kind of a similar ish Vibe. I do still believe that you don't need to be a new you every year. I really believe that is it is all about focusing on the small changes everyday and the small action steps that you can be
taking to prioritize you. Every day and that's exactly what this new ebook is about. So the glow up is going to do exactly that it is going to help you to feel like you are creating your own glow up. In three of the biggest areas of your life, your mind, your body and your soul. So the e-book is broken up into three different parts and there is going to be like I mentioned earlier a 30-day reset that we're all going to be doing together.
So I'm really excited about this because I feel like the aspect of the podcast that I Really love is that sense of community, that sense of friendship. I get messages from you guys telling me the episodes that you've really enjoyed or your takeaways that you've got. Maybe some of you that are sharing it with friends or family members and people at work that you're sharing it with and I love it.

Will an easy-to-use mindset changes, there's some language changes in there. We are focusing on the three different types of self-care. And basically what I want for you with this is that it feels easy to be putting yourself. First, at least once every single day for 30 days.
And the reason that I've done this in February is because January, is really commonly a time that we will set new goals for ourselves. We'll think about what we would like the year ahead to ring. And then the next few weeks goes by, maybe you might be on holidays or you've had some time off. There's been a period of leave over Christmas and things like that. By the time we get to February normally we're back in the swing of like, normal life, you know. So we're back at work.
If you've got kids, the kids are back at school. We're back in the routines, we're busy. We've got all the tabs open in our brain, and this is very
normal. But this is also when we start to notice that our habits can start to slip down, or maybe you notice some bad habits, or, And starting to sneak their way back in. So I thought perfect timing to get this started on the 31st of Jan 12 course, if you're listening to this episode and it is after the 31st of January, you are more than welcome to join up with us at any time that you like, this is going to be available for you guys forever.
