#026 Robotic Process Automation w/ Carlos Secada
Episode description
This is the Find a Way Podcast - Where we talk to immigrant founders about their journey starting a business in Canada and the US.
Carlos is a Peruvian entrepreneur with a background in industrial engineering and business administration. He earned his MBA from The University of North Carolina and has since worked in several Latin American countries as a consultant at Accenture, as well as in leadership positions at Citibank and Marsh McLennan.
In 2015, Carlos founded Zagitas in Peru, a company that specializes in providing digital robots that utilize Robotic Process Automation and AI to help businesses and individuals streamline high volume repetitive work, typically performed in office settings. By freeing up human talent for higher value activities and providing accurate and timely information for decision making and business operations, Zagitas helps solve problems of high operating costs and employee turnover.
With a proven track record of success, Zagitas serves prominent clients such as Santander Bank and Kimberly Clark. Since its inception in Peru, the company has expanded operations to Canada in 2022, to deliver innovative business automation solutions to the North American market.
