Our guest this week chatting with Sam is Michelle Wilson-Stimson from eParaplan Connect. Michelle started out her career working as a door knocker for an American financial advice business, eventually moved into a paraplanning and administrative role and now she runs her own outsource paraplanning business!

Michelle breaks down what she thinks is the correct structure for a career framework in paraplanning. And rest assured there are more positions than you think. It's a real eye opener. 

We also speak about how wellbeing is intertwined into her career framework to ensure that those that go on that career journey aren't put off by the fact that they haven't passed any qualifications or if their strength lies in research and building relationships. She covers absolutely everything.
