In fact, I cried on New Years Day as I was reflecting back on how hard the past year was and not looking forward to doing another year like 2022. I saw someone online ask "what were your wins for 2022?" and I couldn't think of a single one.
When we ignore or forget to celebrate our wins we can get stuck in a cycle of negativity. So in this episode I'm sharing where I was at, what I'm changing, and my invitation for this year.
