1984's Ghostbusters is a unique blend of comedy, horror, and drama. On a tight budget and schedule this film is classic Americana at its finest.
1987's Evil Dead is profitable and more polished version of 1981's The Evil Dead. Great special FX and camera work. Highly recommended for the filmmakers and FX artists.
1981's The Evil Dead is a classic horror film and a great example on how a couple of filmmaking kids out of college created a franchise that is relevant almost 40 years later.
1994's Natural Born Killers was revelation about media, journalism, and the sensationalism of criminals. A provocative film ahead of its time. Oliver Stones shares his creative input on this commentary.

Yo! 1989's Do the Right Thing is in my opinion one of Spike Lee's best films, if not the best. As a filmmaker you can literally see the artistic growth in his 3rd installment. 2004's Collateral was pretty solid. We got a chance to see into the night with the use of digital cameras. Unheard of at the time but common place now.
