29. Regaining Perspective

When our lives begin to brim with chaos, when we are facing deadlines and urgency and getting ready for life's momentous next moments, we often feel endlessly confused, as if there is an incessant thought-loop that never ceases to let us know that we will never have the answers.

These are the moments when we need breath, perspective, and patience.

Knowing that there is an older, wiser version of ourselves holding our hands as we rise and fall through this life, and in the panorama of our confusion - there is the beauty of experience embedded into everything we have yet to know.

In the shortest episode to date of Figuring Sh!t Out, I give you context into the background of my life recently and share about my own journey regaining perspective, reflecting on how far FSO has come since it was created.
