Jonathan Reisman is a physician and author who writes about the human body, nature, travel, and food. He studied mathematics and philosophy at New York University. He has practiced medicine in some of the world's most remote places and is the co-creator of the anatomy-based dinner series Anatomy Eats, which explores human anatomy through cuisines from around the world.
