Jasper Stuyven is a professional cyclist from Belgian. He is one of the leaders on team Trek Segafredo and is the winner of Omloop Het Nieuwsblad in 2020. We speak with Jasper as he is in his last training camp before the start of the Classics season on the road. We talk about leadership, about the importance of celebrating your victories, about how it is to be a top cyclist in Belgium & the pressure that comes from that, and much more. I personally learned a lot from Jasper and his commitment to better himself. Jasper also talks about life balance and about his investment in a family owned Chocolate Atelier.
