Something I noticed with my clients is the lack of joy and pleasure they have in their lives while they're in the thick of their TTC journey. Everything revolves around getting pregnant.

Today I share a little bit of my personal journey with recognizing lack of joy in my life and how I've decided to reclaim joy and pleasure for myself. I hope it inspires you to start looking for the version of you that has been lost since starting your TTC journey.
