This week's episode is a bit of a rant about the glorification of self care. When we're talking about a fertility journey, we definitely need self care but we also need to embrace the fact that it may look different now than it did 10 years ago.
Today I share with you some of my own thoughts and feelings around self care and some journal prompts to help you rediscover what self care means to you.
