In this episode, I am sharing my experience with Cycle Syncing while running my big 700+ person event in my late luteal phase! Cycle Syncing is something we teach all of our clients and have seen a big increase in the rate of pregnancies inside Fertility Confidence Method. But we can't always plan things perfectly... so today I share with you how I made it worked and still felt like I was honouring my body and my cycle.
