Okay Queen it's Day 2.. we are moving along lol! Today we are talking about "Getting Enough Sleep and the Importance of a Bedtime Routine" Going to bed at a set time each night makes it easier to get a good night's sleep. Creating a routine around bedtime gives your body cues that it's time to settle down. Sleep is important not only because it keeps you healthy, but also because lack of sleep is linked to depression and anxiety—which just adds to that ever-growing pile of stressors and we are about "Living our Best Life!"
