I am joined by the incredibly dynamic, author and founder of Positive Discipline UK, Joy Marchese. Joy gives some incredible resource in how to parent more positively. Yeh yeh I know, we've heard it all before but seriously this woman knows her stuff!!! Please note this was recorded before we went into lockdown but Joy's practices are more relevant now than ever before.  I share my concerns as a mother, how impossible I find bedtime and what struggles I see happening today.
