At first, it was a food addiction at 13 on the family ranch in South Dakota that got Michelle Honeman started. Then in Oregon, it turned to heroin, dealing and prison. Forced to get her GED by the corrections system, it helped Michelle get started on a positive path. It was the birth of her child at 18 and ballooning up to 400 pounds that forced Michelle to decide to live or die - she chose to live. Her journey to get her current addiction, food, under control is the basis for her business, Wellness.
