Kee has created an experience that comes from her food cart. It is NOT your Mother's Food Cart. She has patrons who come from Los Angeles to Portland to have a meal from her cart. She is a Ninja too; announces her menu on Facebook the night before. For about 20 bucks, you get 2-3 entrees, 2-3 sides and a killer dessert. Just try and eat it all! After release, she was single mother of four and on government assistance. Her biggest goal was to be independent and making it on her own, which she is doing big time.
