PEP - Prison Entrepreneurship Program - is a nonprofit organization that connects business people from the "outside" to prisoners on the inside to prepare them for a business life when they get their fresh start. And nobody would be more qualified to lead the organization than CEO Bryan Kelley. The CEO is for Chief Empowerment Officer and Bryan has walked the walk. Originally serving a life sentence, Bryan used the opportunity to get back in society to turn his life around and when he was asked to take over PEP, he was a natural and he was ready.
