While you may know Shannon Spake from her time as a NASCAR reporter, or an NFL reporter for Fox Sports, we know her from triathlon. As an avid triathlete, Shannon has raced in five 70.3 triathlons and many shorter-distance races. Reaching out to CLASH, Shannon also made her way into triathlon broadcasting.

Shannon puts her all into everything she does and shares how that drive has helped her succeed in her personal life, broadcasting, and triathlon. As Shannon explains, a good reporter does their research. Taking this mindset into her triathlon broadcasting career, Shannon knows A LOT about triathletes. And as we find out, she even knows Haley's birthday! Finally, Shannon talks about how being a mom overflows onto the race course.
