Next, for our main interview, we got to speak to pro Chilean triathlete, Barbara Riveros. Barbara told us all about her recent racing successes, including ironman Israel, where she secured her Kona slot!! As well, she walked us through what her current training set up is like in St. Moritz, and how she balances hard training with recovering from injuries. Barbara has an extensive background in the sport having previously worked her way through the ITU ranks, so there is a lot to be learned from her.
