We are back from our Olympic break, and excited to pick back up by welcoming Gabrielle Rose to the show!! Gabby is an elite swimmer and Olympian who at 46 years old was the oldest swimmer to qualify and swim at this year's US Olympic Trials. She competed in the 100 and 200 breaststroke, and had amazing performances, advancing to the semifinals in both!
In this episode we got to hear all about what the last two decades of Gabby's life have looked like in and out of the pool. From competing at the Olympic Games in her 20s, to reaching new personal bests in the pool in her 40s, Gabby has some great insight for everyone about what it means to achieve longevity in sport.
