It is race week! We are FILLED with excitement as our very own Haley Chura prepares for the Ironman World Championship in St.George, Utah. To start the show, Alyssa gets the rundown on all things Utah world champ, which is quite different from the usual Kona setting.

Dede shares her prediction for this week’s race and discusses the impact the pandemic will have. With the news of Laura Phillip having covid, the race predictions are extremely up in the air.
