Amy VanTassel is the QUEEN of racing. 'Back-to-back Ironmans, mix a gravel race in between' kind of racing. This week, Haley and Alyssa talk to Amy VanTassel about her love of racing and how she keeps up the pace.
Amy is a professional athlete well known for her win at Ultraman Israel. Racing both Ultramans and Ironmans, Amy tells us how she juggles the differences between these two races and manages to train for both. The trio talks about her win in Israel and the challenges that came with it. It turns out, no one expected a woman to win that race.
