My guest for this, the final episode of Feed My Curiosity season 1 is the food legend, Dame Prue Leith. Well known as the co-host of The Great British Bake Off, Prue is also a restauranteur, chef, cookery writer, novelist, businesswoman and broadcaster. Alongside Paul Hollywood, she's been hosting the Bake Off since 2017 when she replaced Mary Berry after the show moved to Channel 4. I met Dame Prue at her home to discuss her childhood in South Africa, her food passions, and what she keeps in her fridge.
