Ege knew it was time to make a change.

Setting out on a personal development journey, Ege spent the next few months replacing his plate of cookies with workouts and his video games with every self-development book he could find.

He shed 60 pounds and went on to be mentored by some of the top social skills, spirituality, and confidence experts worldwide.

Tired of being “friend-zoned,” Ege faced his fears head-on and built up the healthy confidence he needed to talk to attractive women in any situation.
