The Fearless Happyness Podcast Episode 147 with Sohale Sizar
Episode description
The Power of Gratitude with Sohale Sizar
A serial entrepreneur since the age of 9, Sohale Sizar has impacted the lives of millions of individuals, spanning non-profit charities, education, and consumer technology to helping Fortune 500 companies innovate digital products that imbue emotion.
Born and raised outside of Philly, Sohale has always wanted to implement light and the colors of goodness in different ways, from an idea at nine years old to cure AIDS to a prayer app to building and creating an app of Gratitude.
Growing up, Sohale wasn’t a fan of school. Struggling with a poor GPA and consistently being called into the school office, Sohale was focused on everything but the curriculum being taught.
One night, he dreamed that God set up a meeting between him and Baraka Obama, who was running for the presidency then.
Always a fan of the former president, Sohale took the conversation in the dream to heart.
Waking up from the dream, Sohale found himself with a new mindset and the determination to really start applying himself.
Double down, he went on to Georgetown, Stanford, Cambridge, and Princeton, earning degrees and high honors from each school.
Now, the founder of Sole is on a lifelong mission to facilitate access to one’s inner light through his teachings of Gratitude.
“The beliefs we hold can really define us, and we have to question those beliefs,” says Sohale.
Listen in as Sohale, and I sit down to discuss how an idea at nine years old led him on a lifelong journey of empowering individuals to grow and feel loved and how his focus on human flourishing and technology has led him to find his path to FEARLESS HAPPYNESS!
