Vicki Barghout is a healthcare industry executive and founder of Viver Health guides www.viverhealth.com. We discuss digestive health and tips for cleansing naturally through diet. Fern Berman is a food/ restaurant PR industry maven turned fine art photographer living in coastel CT. Inspired by German expressionism, Fern paints pictures through her photographs which balance color and texture. Living with multiple sclerosis has taught Fern how to slow down and view life with more focus.
