Grace Eleyae started her ecommerce fashion company with a product that solved a common hair problem experienced by many women: damage from overtreatment. Her satin lined "SLAP" Cap protects the scalp and provides a stylish head covering for those "bad hair days." Sharon Graves transitioned from a career in finance and tech to run BLVD Kitchen, a commercial culinary space for local food artisans in Los Angeles. She launched Mom in the Mail to send care packages of baked items to loved ones.
