Retiring to the country cracked open a new future for Betsy Babcock, co-founder with husband, Bryan, of Handsome Brook Farm, a leading purveyor of pasture raised eggs. They started with five chickens. Today Handsome Brook Farm produces 58 million eggs a year sold nationwide.
