Nzingah Oniwosan is a Haitian-American teaching artist and holistic health consultant who helps black women be proactive about their self-care (www.365zing). Oniwosan shares her 19-year healing journey from childhood obesity, a benign pituitary brain tumor at age 11, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and scleroderma, an autoimmune disease. Founder of Sankofa's Child, which uses art to inspire and help individuals families and communities, she discusses how arts can aid the healing process.
