This Podcast covers managing the different Item Types and Tabs available in OnTime. Depending if you create a standard or simplified database you may have different item types available to you by default but either database can be completely customized to enable support for up to 4 different types of items. This Podcast also covers show/hiding different tabs, including the emails, audit trails, and worklogs tab for the main grid.
