This video covers using our exporting utility to extract data from OnTime using a .csv file. Data can be exported from all items in OnTime including Defects, Features, Tasks, Incidents and even Work Logs. This .csv file is very easily read by applications like Microsoft Excel, Open Office, or other spreadsheet/database utilities
